Abnahme, Transport und Entsorgung von Reststoffen aus der Rauchgasreinigung des HKW München Nord Block 1 und Block 3. Übernahme, Transport und untertägige Verwertung von Reststoffen (gefährliche Abfälle) aus der Rauchgasreinigung (RRR) der Müllverbrennungsanlage des HKW München Nord. Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer gemäß § 22 KrWG (Gesetz zur Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft und Sicherung der umweltverträglichen Bewirtschaftung von Abfällen) mit der Übernahme, dem Transport, der Vorbehandlung (als etwaiger Bestandteil der Verwertung, nur anzugeben, falls Vorbehandlung nicht als integrierte Behandlung am Ort der Versatzanlage stattfindet) und der abschließenden Verwertung ausschließlich als Versatzmaterial in untertägige Hohlräume der vom Auftraggeber übergebenen Rückstände aus der Reinigung von Rauchgasen (RRR), die bei der Verbrennung im Wesentlichen von Hausmüll, hausmüllähnlichen Gewerbeabfällen sowie Klärschlamm erzeugt werden. Die Menge der Rauchgasreinigungsrückstände, die zu übernehmen, zu transportieren, zu behandeln und untertägig zu verwerten sind, beträgt maximal 28.000 t pro Jahr. Gleichzeitig sind bis zu maximal 224 t pro Tag fristgerecht zu übernehmen, zu transportieren, vorzubehandeln und zu verwerten. Die RRR sind abfallrechtlich als AVV 190113*, Filterstaub, der gefährliche Stoffe enthält, eingestuft. Die RRR sind gefahrgutrechtlich als UN 3077 klassifiziert. Die Angabe der Maximalwerte an Schadstoffgehalten können dem beilegendem Dokument "Zusammenstellung analytischer Untersuchungen der RRR" entnommen werden. Sonstige besondere Bedingungen für die Auftragsausführung: Erfüllung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben zur Transport und untertägige Verwertung von RRR.
