Im Vorfeld der Renovierungs- und Umbaumaßnahmen im Koblenzertorflügel der Universität Bonn sind umfangreiche Schadstoffsanierungs- sowie Abbrucharbeiten notwendig. Der hier definierte Auftragsgestand umfasst die großflächige Sanierung von Asbest-, KMF-, PCB- und schermetallhaltigen Materialien an Wände, Decken und Böden im gesamten Gebäude, den Abbruch aller nicht tragenden Wände sowie die Entsorgung aller gefährlicher und nicht gefährlicher Abfälle. Die Sanierungsmaßnahmen erstrecken sich dabei über das gesamte fünfgeschossigen, denkmalgeschützten, Gebäude mit einer Grundfläche von ca. 6.600 m2.
