Description

Die beteiligten Kassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Infliximab (Darreichungsform zur intravenösen Anwendung) zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Biologika-Verfahrens der beteiligten Kassen: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die beteiligten Krankenkassen sichern einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.06.2026. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.05.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Ein Beitritt zu diesem Open-House-Verfahren ist innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jederzeit möglich. Die Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen werden solchen pharmazeutischen Unternehmern zur Verfügung gestellt, die Arzneimittel zu dem verfahrensgegenständlichen Wirkstoff bzw. der verfahrensgegenständlichen Wirkstoffkombination anbieten/inverkehrbringen bzw. gegenüber der TK glaubhaft machen, solche Arzneimittel innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit anbieten/inverkehrbringen zu wollen. Die gemachten Angaben zur Bindefrist sind vorliegend nicht relevant und ausschließlich den zwingenden Vorgaben des Formulars geschuldet Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen. Ziel ist der Abschluss von Arzneimittelrabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Infliximab (Darreichungsform zur intravenösen Anwendung) im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens.
