Es erfolgte der Abschluss eines nicht-exklusiven Rabattvertrages gemäß § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V i.V.m. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zwischen der AOK Sachsen-Anhalt - Die Gesundheitskasse und der Novartis Pharma GmbH. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.09.2026 und endet am 31.08.2028. Mit dem Vertrag beabsichtigen die Vertragsparteien, die Versorgung mit Fertigarzneimitteln mit der Wirkstoffkombination Valsartan und Sacubitril (ATC-Code: C09DX04) wirtschaftlich zu gestalten. Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die Vereinbarung von Rabatten gemäß gemäß § 130c Abs. 1 SGB V i.V.m. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für alle Fertigarzneimittel des Auftragnehmers mit der Wirkstoffkombination Valsartan und Sacubitril (ATC-Code: C09DX04), die während der Vertragslaufzeit zu Lasten der Auftraggeberin auf dem jeweils gültigen Arzneiverordnungsblatt ( z.B. Muster 16 oder Muster e16A der Vordruckvereinbarung, Anlage 2 bzw. Anlage 2b BMV-Ä) abgerechnet werden.
