Der Auftraggeber sieht vor, durch Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit siebenjähriger Laufzeit die Bestellung der Herstellung und Lieferung von bis zu 480 Anhängern 2-Rad 1t gl le inklusive Zubehör, Ausstattung und Dokumentationen zu vereinbaren. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, die bis zu 480 Anhänger ausschließlich als Bestellleistung im Vertrag aufzunehmen, da im Zeitpunkt der Bekanntmachung der Leistung die gegenständlichen Anhänger nicht durch Haushaltsmittel sicher bzw. ausreichend finanziert sind. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die Stückzahl der zu liefernden Anhänger sowie die Lieferjahre entsprechend den zur Verfügung stehenden Haushaltsmitteln anzupassen. Zudem behält sich der Auftraggeber die Möglichkeit vor, den Auftrag auf Grundlage der Erstangebote zu vergeben, ohne in Verhandlungen einzutreten Die Rahmenvereinbarung soll eine Laufzeit von 7 Jahren haben und die Herstellung bzw. Erstellung und Lieferung folgender Bestellleistungen umfassen: - voraussichtlich bis zu 480 Anh 2 Rad 1t gl le einschließlich Zubehör und Ausstattung, - Ersatzteilerstbedarf, - mind. vier Sonderwerkzeugsätze, - eine handelsübliche Dokumentation, - Katalogisierungsdaten/- unterlagen, - eine Losteilliste, - eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung, - Fertigungs-Konstruktionsstandunterlagen (Zeichnungssatz, Dokumentation Transport und Verladung, Materialliste), - sonstigen Unterlagen (z. B. Erklärung zur Produktsicherheit, Obsoleszenzmanagementplan) sowie Erbringung von Dienstleistungen (z. B. Erstausbildung)
