Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Dörzbach is holding a two-stage negotiated procedure with participation competition to select a network operator for the planning, construction and operation of a Gigabit network under the operator model. The network must provide broadband coverage of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrically to all end users at the announced addresses, which were identified as eligible underserved addresses under the Gigabit Directive 2.0, and upload and download rates must at least double. The procedure is based on the federal framework rules for building Gigabit networks in 'grey areas', the Gigabit Directive 2.0 and the EU state aid broadband guidelines.

Description

Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb entsprechend § 12 KonzVgV i.V.m.
