Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Krautheim is awarding a service concession in an operator model through a two-stage negotiated procedure with a prior participation stage, in accordance with the German concession procurement rules. The contract covers the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the designated expansion areas, based on the federal funding directive 'Gigabit-RL 2.0' of 31 March 2023, the related framework regulation and the EU broadband State aid guidelines. The network must be technology-neutral and provide at least 1 Gbit/s symmetric broadband access to all end users at the listed addresses, which were identified in market research as underserved, with upload and download rates at least doubling.

Description

Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb entsprechend § 12 KonzVgV i.V.m.
