Funktionale Ausschreibung zur Aufnahme und Entsorgung von Haufwerken illegal eingebauten Abfalls im insolventen Tagebau Schlunkendorf einschließlich der Ertüchtigung der Zuwegung für den Abtransport Es handelt sich um eine FUNKTIONALE AUSSCHREIBUNG, bei der dem Auftragnehmer sowohl die Konzeption sowie deren Umsetzung zur Erfüllung der vorgegebenen Aufgabe übertragen wird. Erreicht werden soll, dass der Auftragnehmer die technisch und wirtschaftlich beste Lösung entwickelt. Die Realisierung der Aufgaben ist zwingend bis 31.03.2027 abzuschließen. ZU ERFÜLLENDE AUFGABEN: a) Erarbeitung eines technologischen Konzepts mit Zeitablaufplan und Vorstellung des Konzeptes beim AG b) Antransport, Auf-/ Abbau, Unterhaltung und Abtransport der benötigten Baustelleneinrichtung c) Errichtung und Ertüchtigung bzw. Ausbau der Zuwegung als Baustraße mit zweckentsprechender Anpassung der Ortsdurchfahrt Schlunkendorf, inkl. laufender Wartung und Instandhaltung bis zum Ende der Arbeiten d) Aufnahme, Abtransport und Entsorgung aller Haufwerke
