Description

Der Auftrag umfasst die Abbruch- und Schadstoffsanierungsmaßnahmen im Zuge der umfassenden Grundinstandsetzung des denkmalgeschützten Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes Industriehaus Rosenthaler Tor in der Brunnenstraße 188190 in Berlin-Mitte. Bestandteil der Leistung sind selektive Rückbauarbeiten, der teilweise Abbruch tragender Bauteile, Schadstoffsanierungen u. a. von Asbest, KMF und PAK, Demontagen technischer Anlagen sowie die fachgerechte Entsorgung sämtlicher Abbruchmaterialien. Die Arbeiten erfolgen unter Berücksichtigung von Denkmalschutz, Brandschutz, BNB-Zertifizierung, innerstädtischer Baustellenlogistik, eingeschränkten Zufahrten, BVG-Tunnelanlagen und beengten Hofsituationen.
