Description

Bauleistung für die Baufeldfreimachung von Baufeld 1 im Chemie- und Industriepark Zeitz. Die Baufeldfreimachung umfasst u.a. Kampfmittelfreiheit, Rückbau und Verwertung/Entsorgung von Störstoffen und Rückbau von Aufbauten und Fahrbahnen. Die Infra-Zeitz Service GmbH betreibt in Alttröglitz den 232 ha großen Chemie- und Industriepark Zeitz (CIPZ). Im Zuge eines Revitalisierungsprojektes wurde eine 15 ha große Teilfläche entlang der Dr.-Fischer-Straße und der Dr.-Bergius-Straße zurückerworben (Baufeld 1), welches zeitnah einer Nutzung zugeführt werden soll. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst verschiedene Maßnahmen zur Freimachung des Baufeldes, u.a.: - Kampfmittelfreiheit des Grundstücks bis zu einem Horizont von 6 m unter Geländeoberkante (GOK) - der Rückbau und die Verwertung/ Entsorgung der im Untergrund verbliebene Störstoffe, wie Altfundente und Altleitungen und Bauwerke des ehemaligen Hydrierwerks - der Rückbau und die Verwertung/ Entsorgung der noch vorhandenen Aufbauten und Fahrbahnen. - Herstellung eines beräumten und für die Vermarktung geeigneten Baufeldes Das zu bearbeitende Gebiet ist als Kampfmittelverdachtsfläche eingestuft, sodass bei bodeneingreifenden Arbeiten erforderliche Schutz- und Sicherungsmaßnahmen eingehalten werden müssen. Weiterhin handelt es sich um eine Altlastenverdachtsfläche, sodass mit Arbeiten in kontaminierten Bereichen sowie das Antreffen und der Umgang mit gefährlichen Abfällen zu rechnen ist. Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der Leistung ist in der Leistungsbeschreibung zu finden. Die Vergabe erfolgt über ein zweistufiges Vergabeverfahren in Form einer Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb. In der ersten Stufe werden die Teilnehmer zur Einreichung des Teilnahmeantrags aufgefordert. In der zweiten Stufe werden die drei geeignetsten Bieter gemäß den Teilnahmebedingungen zur Angebotsabgabe und Teilnahme an einem Bietergespräch aufgefordert. Der Abschluss der Bauleistung ist zum Ende des dritten Quartals 2027 vorgesehen.
