We are seeking to procure a Delivery Manager to support the delivery of Active Travel and 20mph speed limits on the Trunk Road network, along with additional specialist services where required, to support the development and delivery of the Active Travel and 20mph speed limit programme across the Trunk Road network during the 2026/2027 financial year
