Kære leverandører Ordregiver offentliggør hermed udbud af Rammeaftale om vedligeholdelse og videreudvikling af SDUs hjemmesidekompleks. Formålet med udbuddet er at konkurrenceudsætte opgaven og sikre, at Ordregivers portefølje af hjemmesider vedligeholdes og videreudvikles effektivt og professionelt. På denne baggrund skal Rammeaftalen hjælpe Ordregiver med at opnå en stabil, fremtidssikret og brugervenlig digital platform, som imødekommer universitetets behov for løbende tilpasning og udvikling. Det tilstræbes at prækvalificere 3 ansøgere til at afgive tilbud. Ansøgningerne evalueres indledningsvist på basis af en række minimumskrav til egnethed, som leverandøren skal opfylde for at være egnet til at blive prækvalificeret. Hvis flere end 3 antal ansøgere opfylder de fastsatte mindstekrav, vil Ordregiver udvælge og prækvalificere de 3 bedst egnede ansøgere, som herefter opfordres til at afgive tilbud. Det forventes, at der afholdes 1 forhandlingsrunde. Ordregiver forbeholder sig dog retten til at tildele på baggrund af de indledende tilbud uden gennemførelse af forhandlinger, ligesom Ordregiver forbeholder sig ret til at begrænse antallet af tilbudsgivere allerede efter indledende tilbudsrunde. Tilbudsgiver opfordres derfor til at sørge for, at det indledende tilbud opfylder samtlige krav i udbudsmaterialet. På samme måde forbeholder Ordregiver sig retten til at afholde en yderligere forhandlingsrunde end den ene forventede runde Vi håber, I vil deltage i udbuddet. Med venlig hilsen Syddansk Universitet
