Summary

Machine-generated summary

The contracting authority seeks offers for consultancy services concerning building investigations, covering advice on which sample types to take, sampling, laboratory analyses, preparation of analysis reports with concrete recommendations, and related advisory services. The procurement is divided into three sub-agreements. Sub-agreement 1 covers hazardous substances, sub-agreement 2 covers mould and wood-decaying fungi, and sub-agreement 3 covers Legionella. For sub-agreements 1 and 2, contracts will be awarded to two consultants each, with tasks assigned through a cascade model based on ranking, while sub-agreement 3 will be awarded to one consultant receiving all tasks directly.

Expected award price

likely award for this notice, from its published estimate of €2,622,038
€1.9M to €2.6M

Comparable awards in this country and sector came in at a median of 99% of their published estimate, half of them between 71% and 100%, based on 122 awards of the last 3 years.

Each award is compared with the estimate of the same lots, framework agreements excluded. A published estimate may include options and renewals, so an award under it is not always a discount.
