Description

Nærværende udbud vedr. et SCADA-system til varetagelse af driften og overvågning af FORS anlæg på tværs af geografi og forsyningsområder. Som en del af aftalen skal den kommende leverandør forestå levering af SCADA-system, installation, konfigurering, udvikling af standard, og konvertering af et antal pilotprojekter, som proof of concept. Ligeledes skal den kommende leverandør forestå drift, vedligeholdelse og support af systemet i kontraktens løbetid. Der udbydes en aftale med en varighed på 8 år, med mulighed for at opsigelse heraf efter 30 måneder. Kontrakten estimeres at have en værdi på ca. 40.000.000 DKK. Ansøger/Tilbudsgiver bedes bemærke, at grundet Kontraktbilag 02a - PLC oversigt og Kontraktbilag 02b - Pilotanlægs, samt underbilag hertil, særlige karakter, skal disse bilag rekvireres af prækvalificerede Tilbudsgivere, hvilket sker på anmodning til Ordregiver via ETHICS. Ordregiver har af den grund forlænget tilbudsfristen med 5 dage, jf. Udbudsloven § 133. Udlevering betinges af Tilbudsgivers forudgående aflevering af underskrevet fortrolighedserklæring.
