Genudbuddet vedrører anskaffelse af en kontrakt om levering, vedligeholdelse, support og drift af et pladsanvisningssystem samt et dagplejemodul til Faxe Kommune. Faxe Kommune ønsker at anskaffe en gennemafprøvet og stabil standardløsning, som skal understøtte Faxe Kommunes håndtering af komplekse pladsanvisningsopgaver og give overblik over børneantallet på dagtilbudsområdet. Faxe Kommune har behov for en løsning, som gør det muligt, at pladsanvisningen kan registrere samtlige institutioner og andre pasningsordninger i kommunen, deres pladsforhold og hvilke børn, der er indmeldt. Det skal være muligt, at den centrale pladsanvisning og den enkelte institutionsleder til enhver tid kan få overblik over den aktuelle situation. Løsningen skal anvendes af Faxe Kommunes administration, pladsanvisningen, økonomikonsulenter og lederne på dagtilbudsområdet. Faxe Kommune skal anvende løsningen til op- og indskrivning, håndtering af ventelister, udmeldelse, forældrebetaling og opkrævninger, samt sikre ledelsesinformation og data til rapporter, som kan bruges til overblik over børneantal, kapacitet og planlægning for både administrationen, ledelsen og pladsanvisningen. Anskaffelsen af løsningen skal understøtte Faxe Kommunes strategi om digitalt sammenspil herunder sikre en effektiv sagsbehandling samt smidig administration og høj grad af automatiserede arbejdsgange.
