Description

Udbuddet omfatter kontrakt på levering og drift af billetsystem. Musikhuset Aarhus ønsker at anskaffe et system, som kan varetage billetsalget til alle forestillinger i Musikhuset. Musikhuset ønsker at anskaffe en standardløsning, men har også et ønske om, at systemet udgør et konfigurerbart standard-/rammesystem, som kan understøtte Musikhusets krav og behov. Systemet skal overordnet set understøtte Musikhuset fortsatte digitalisering, effektivisering og optimering af billetsalg. Musikhuset ønsker at indgå aftale med en tilbudsgiver, der ønsker at indgå i et samarbejde med Musikhuset om bedst mulig udnyttelse af systemet. Det skal først og fremmest ske gennem et implementeringsforløb, hvor systemet konfigureres i et samspil med Musikhusets forretningsbehov og arbejdsprocesser for øje. Herudover skal tilbudsgiveren medvirke til at levere en bedre oplevet kvalitet hos brugerne i aftaleperioden.
