Energinet Systemansvar A/S har behov for 2 konsulenter til at lede og drive processer: - 1 konsulent til varetagelse af formandskabet for NOIS Development Group (NDG) og Testmanager. - 1 konsulent til varetagelse formandskabet for NOIS IT Group (NIG). NDG og NIG er en gruppe bestående af IT-repræsentanter fra de følgende nordiske Transmission System Operator (TSO’er); - Statnett (Norge) - Svenska Kraftnät (Sverige) - Fingrid (Finland) - Energinet (Danmark) - Nordic - RCC Der estimeres en forventet løbetid for Aftalen er 5 år, regnet fra aftaleindgåelse. Der estimeres et forventet forbrug timeforbrug på 1600 timer årligt for hver konsulent. Ressourcebehovet kan dog være varierende i op- og nedadgående retning, hvorfor den konkrete månedlige arbejdstid vil variere. I takt med projektets fremdrift forventes ressourcebehovet at blive lavere, hvorfor Leverandøren må påregne en gradvis nedregulering i timeforbrug på estimeret 50 %.
