Udbuddet, der gennemføres som et udbud med forhandling efter udbudslovens §§ 61-66, vedrører udbud af totalentreprisekontrakt til opførelse af et Væskelager og Frysehus ved det nye OUH. Der er tale om nybyggeri. Væskelager og Frysehus ved det nye OUH er på ca. 2.000 m2 brutto, skal indeholde følgende hovedfunktioner: • Logistikkorridor • Areal til levering og afhentning af varer, inden- og udenfor bygningen. • Varemodtagelse. • Lager til væsker og medicin • Kontor- og velfærdsfaciliteter. • Palle højlager til pluk fra smalgangstruck • Værksted. • Server- og teknikrum. • Rum til frysefunktion på -80 grader og rum til kassesystem - fryseløsning og kassesystem er en bygeherreleverance. Desuden omfatter totalentreprisen: • Tilslutninger og rørføringer fra nuværende placering iht. LER som afklaring af forsyninger frem til bygningen samt koordinering med forsyningsselskaber.
