Nærværende byggesag omfatter renoveringen af Huset-KBH, Danmarks første kulturhus, etableret i 1970. Huset-KBH tilbyder en mængde af kulturelle tilbud i form af cafe, bar, restaurant, biograf, teater og koncerter. Derudover rummer huset andre faciliteter, som ikke har adgang for publikum, heriblandt øvelokaler, lydstudie, værksted, køkkener og lagerrum og består af ca. 4500 kvm fordelt på 3 bygninger. Bygningsmassen har enten status som fredet, bevaringsværdig eller uden for kategori. Disse på følgende lokationer: Rådhusstræde 13, forhuset er fredet (angives som R13- forhus) Rådhusstræde 13, sidehuset er uklassificeret (angives som R13-sidehus) Magstræde 14, er bevaringsværdigt i kategori 3 (angives som M14) Magstræde 12, er fredet (angives som M12) Sagen omfatter i hovedtræk: - Udskiftning af tekniske installationer - Opgradering af brandforhold - Renovering af klimaskærm Det kan oplyses, at den udbudte opgave omfatter projektering.
