Description

Opgaven omfatter totalrådgivning i forbindelse med kapacitetsudvidelse og modernisering af Strandparkskolen, som er et specialtilbud for elever med omfattende funktionsnedsættelser. Der skal etableres en ny bygning på op til 967 m2, som skal indrettes til elever med multiple funktionsnedsættelser. Bygningen skal overholde klimakrav til lavemissionsklassen og DGNB certificeres til niveau sølv. De eksisterende bygninger ca. 3.790 m2 skal optimeres og moderniseres til et tidssvarende undervisningsmiljø for elever med omfattende funktionsnedsættelser. Moderniseringen skal skabe funktionalitet, flow og et tidssvarende pædagogisk læringsmiljø for eleverne. Det kræver opgradering af alle typer faciliteter, om disponering af funktioner og sammenhæng mellem ny og eksisterende bygning. Opgaven omfatter nye legeområder og opholdsarealer på skolens matrikel. Der skal fokuseres på tilgængelighed, nærmiljø og biodiversitet i udearealernes design, som skal målrettes elevgruppen. Dertil parkering til cykler og biler, ankomstarealer til handicapbiler, plads til affaldshåndtering og etablering af nye skure. Eksisterende personalebygning skal rives ned og naturlegeplads beliggende i byggefeltet skal fjernes. Eksisterende HOFOR forsyningsledning skal omlægges. Nuværende forsyninger beliggende i et skur skal omlægges og indarbejdes i den nye bygning. Tilstrækkelige ankomstarealer, parkering.
