Rammeaftalen omfatter opgavebestemt bygherrerådgivning i forbindelse med Byggeri Københavns varierende projektportefølje. Bygherrerådgiveropgaverne spænder fra screeninger og behovsafklaringer i projekternes opstart, granskning og teknisk bistand i planlægnings-, forslags- og projekteringsfaser, under udbud, til bygherrerådgivning, byggeledelse og bygherretilsyn under udførelse og i forbindelse med aflevering og idriftsættelse. Bygherrerådgiver skal også løbende formidle efteruddannelse og erfaringsopsamling til Byggeri København.
