City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport are seeking an organisation to complete an upgrade of the Preliminary Design and commence OBC for the A4168 Priory Road.
The A4168 Priory Road scheme is located in the borough of Dudley. The scheme links Dudley Town Centre in the South at the Ednam Road Roundabout to the Birmingham New Road in the North.
