Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou dodávky zařízení doprovázené stavebními pracemi, které tvoří funkční celek a jsou zadávány v časové souvislosti, v rámci potřebných úprav školní kuchyně ZŠ, ZUŠ, MŠ, Lomnice. Jedná se o dodávku nového zařízení včetně následného nového dispozičního uspořádání kuchyňské technologie. Kuchyň je disponována ve 2.NP. Budou zde provedeny dodávky a stavební práce včetně dalších místností - kuchyně, sklady a podpůrné prostory. V rámci podkroví budou instalovány nové rozvody VZT do prostor původních rozvodů s adekvátními zásahy. Jedná se o dodávky zařízení a stavební úpravy v rámci vnitřních prostor, a to novou dispozicí v části kuchyně z keramického zdiva a lokálních úprav okolí tras VZT. Není zasahováno do nosných konstrukcí, do výplní otvorů v obvodovém plášti, střešního pláště ani do tepelných izolací. Bude vybourána podlaha na úroveň hydroizolace v prostoru části kuchyně s nahrazením stávající HI. Technologicky jsou prostory vybaveny na základě kapacitních, funkčních a ostatních požadavků zadavatele.
