Obecné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a montáž kuchyňského zařízení, zapojení a zprovoznění kompletní gastro technologie pro provoz školní jídelny, včetně varny, přípraven, skladů, výdeje, mytí nádobí a systému expedice stravy do jídlonosičů a termoportů. Součástí plnění je rovněž demontáž stávajícího technologického zařízení, jeho odborné uskladnění, zajištění a ochrana po dobu provádění stavebních prací a následná zpětná montáž určených prvků. Dodávka dále zahrnuje technologická zařízení, nerezový mobiliář, transportní a výdejní prvky, související příslušenství a koordinaci napojení na připravené technické instalace, vše v souladu s projektovou dokumentací a technickou zprávou, při splnění platných hygienických, bezpečnostních a provozních požadavků. Podrobná specifikace je obsahem položkového rozpočtu, který je nedílnou součástí zadávací dokumentace.
