Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Office of the Government of the Czech Republic is procuring applied research and innovation services to design an innovative, systemic solution for making its grant policy in the field of human rights more effective, both in terms of the impact of grant programmes and the process simplification of existing grant procedures. The work covers three sub-objectives: methodological setup for evaluating grant programmes including participatory monitoring, testing the emerging methodology on the Office's human rights grant programmes, and a process analysis of the grant procedure with proposals for greater efficiency. The service is being awarded through competitive dialogue based on a project framework included in the tender documentation.

Description

Hlavní cíl je možno rozdělit do tří dílčích cílů a to: I) Metodické nastavení hodnocení dotačních programů obsahující způsob monitorování programů participativním způsobem.
