Description

Předmět Veřejné zakázky se pro účely věcného, cenového a smluvního členění skládá z Plnění A a Plnění B. Dodavatel je povinen podat jedinou nabídku na obě plnění. Výsledkem řízení bude výběr jediného dodavatele a uzavření dvou vzájemně souvisejících smluv. Předmětem Plnění A je novostavba pozemní komunikace propojující stávající silnici II/312 s nově budovanou dálnicí D35. V rámci veřejné zakázky bude realizována výstavba nové pozemní komunikace, provedení přeložek stávajících komunikací II. a III. třídy, místních a účelových komunikací a přeložky stávající cyklostezky. Součástí stavby je také nová okružní křižovatka, realizace propustků, výstavba nových mostních objektů přeložka vodovodu, kanalizace, plynovodu a telekomunikačních sítí a realizace veřejného osvětlení. Součástí je také zajištění nezbytného dopravně-inženýrského opatření a náhradní výsadby. Předmětem Plnění B je SO 002 - následná péče o zeleň. Na tuto část Veřejné zakázky uzavře Zadavatel s vybraným dodavatelem samostatnou smlouvu. Zadavatel uzavře s vybraným dodavatelem samostatnou smlouvu na Plnění A a samostatnou smlouvu pro Plnění B. Podáním nabídky dodavatel přijímá závazek v případě svého výběru uzavřít obě výše uvedené smlouvy. Podrobný popis předmětu Plnění A je uveden v Technické specifikaci, Výkresech, Formulářích a Smluvních podmínkách, které tvoří přílohu této zadávací dokumentace. Podrobný popis předmětu Plnění B je uveden ve Smlouvě o poskytování služeb - následná péče, Projektové dokumentaci a Soupisu prací, které tvoří přílohu této zadávací dokumentace. Projektová dokumentace a Soupis prací jsou společné pro Plnění A a Plnění B. Pro každou ze zakázek se použije relevantní část těchto dokumentů.
