Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody pro zadávání dílčích veřejných zakázek na dodávky statických a domovních mokroběžných vodoměrů a mokroběžných kapslí a kapslí s možností dálkového odečtu včetně zpětných klapek určených k instalaci pod měřící kapsli do těla (pouzdra vodoměru). Vodoměry musí splňovat podmínky vyhlášky ministerstva zdravotnictví ČR č. 409/2005 Sb. o hygienických požadavcích na výrobky přicházející do přímého styku s pitnou vodou a na úpravu vody. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách této zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem 1. části veřejné zakázky je dodávka statických vodoměrů na studenou vodu DN 20, Q3 4 m3/h, L 190 s wireless M-Bus protokolem dle OMS standardu v pásmu 868 MHz, které byly uvedeny na trh dle nařízení vlády č. 120/2016 Sb. (zapracovaná směrnice 2014/32/EU, tzv. směrnice MID), resp. dle nařízení vlády č. 464/2005 Sb. (směrnice 2004/22/EC), pokud bylo měřidlo uvedeno na trh v době přede dnem nabytí účinnosti nařízení vlády č. 120/2016 Sb. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.; 4. Část - Dodávka kapslí s možností dálkového odečtu do domovních kapslových vodoměrů Předmětem 4. části veřejné zakázky je dodávka kapslí s možností dálkového odečtu do domovních kapslových vodoměrů včetně zpětné klapky určené k instalaci pod měřící kapsli, které byly uvedeny na trh dle nařízení vlády č. 120/2016 Sb. (směrnice 2014/32/EU), resp. dle nařízení vlády č. 464/2005 Sb. (směrnice 2004/22/EC), pokud bylo měřidlo uvedeno na trh v době přede dnem nabytí účinnosti nařízení vlády č. 120/2016 Sb.
