Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je dodávka tonerů a spotřebního materiálu, např. částí a příslušenství kancelářských strojů, tonerů pro laserové tiskárny, tonerů pro fotokopírovací stroje, válce, zásobníků tonerů apod. pro tisková zařízení do kanceláří jednotlivých pracovišť Úřadu práce ČR, jehož přesná specifikace je Příloze č. 1 ZD (dále jen „zboží“), kde je kromě konkrétních druhů tonerů a spotřebního materiálu pro zadavatelem provozovaná tisková zařízení uveden i jeho předpokládaný objem. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je rovněž zajištění odběru a odvozu použitého zboží, jeho recyklace, případně ekologická likvidace (vč. vystavení potvrzení o odběru a ekologické likvidaci dle příslušné normy), a to na náklady dodavatele.
