Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zpracování praktického metodického materiálu pro ekonomické plánování bytových fondů. Metodika poskytne obcím návod, jak lépe plánovat své investice a údržbu, což přispěje ke zlepšení dostupnosti bydlení, vše s důrazem na dlouhodobé finanční plánování. Podle metodiky bude možné nastavovat dlouhodobé ekonomické plány udržitelnosti a rozvoje bytových fondů (horizont 30-50 let). Metodika bude využitelná pro obce různých velikostí a pro různá konkrétní nastavení správy bytových fondů. Metodika kombinuje teoretický úvod do problematiky, rešerši zahraničních praxí, rešerši aplikací pro správu bytových fondů, konkrétní case studies tří vybraných obcí, doporučené nástroje ekonomické modelace a sadu praktických doporučení pro obce.
