Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce na přístavbě nové tělocvičny, modernizaci a nástavbě nových učeben na Základní škole a Základní umělecké škole Habrmanova v Hradci Králové. Stavba bude obsahovat změnu dokončené stavby ZŠ Habrmanova a ZUŠ Habrmanova. Stavebními úpravami dojde ke změnám dispozičního řešení. Řešená část objektu školy je využívaná jako sportovní a umělecké zázemí. V suterénu se nachází šatny pro studenty a odpočinková zóna. V 1NP se nachází tělocvična ZŠ, šatny a hygienické zázemí pro studenty. Ve 2NP se nachází prostory vedení školy, umělecké a vzdělávací učebny, šatny a hygienické zázemí pro studenty a učitele a taneční sály. Ve 3NP se nachází umělecké a vzdělávací učebny, knihovna, prostory s technickým zázemím a prostory pedagogů. Přístavba je navržena tak, aby nedocházelo k zásadnímu křížení provozu obou škol.
