Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je: a. realizace vlastní Stavby, jejímž předmětem jsou stavební úpravy stávajících objektů č. 1 a č. 4 v areálu bývalých Dukelských kasáren v Opavě a změna jejich užívání na bytové domy, včetně souvisejících stavebních prací, technických zařízení a napojení, a to v rozsahu stanoveném Smlouvou a příslušnou projektovou dokumentací; b. demolice objektu 07; c. projekční činnost v rozsahu dokumentace změny stavby před dokončením specifikována v článku IV. Smlouvy; d. zajištění výkonu funkce odpovědného geodeta po dobu realizace stavby, včetně geodetického zaměření a technické zprávy jednotlivých stavebních objektů (geometrické zaměření dle skutečného provedení stavby) v počtu 3 ks v grafické formě a 1x v digitální formě v systému JTSK a B.p.v., včetně geodetického zaměření položek inženýrských sítí v souladu s požadavky jejich vlastníků a provozovatelů; e. zajištění vypracování geometrických plánů na zřízení věcných břemen a díla pro vklad do katastru nemovitostí příslušného katastrálního úřadu; f. inženýrská činnost související se změnou stavby před dokončením a kolaudací stavby, tj. veškerá nezbytná inženýrská činnost související s případnou změnou Stavby před dokončením a následnou kolaudací Stavby; g. zajištění supervize v rámci celé realizace Stavby, tj. komunikace a konzultace s Objednatelem, případně s osobou zajišťující kooperaci v rámci realizace Díla; součástí této části předmětu Smlouvy je rovněž provedení auditu a případných úprav současné Projektové dokumentace, pokud bude nalezeno pochybení, které bude v rozporu s legislativou či navrženým technickým a technologickým řešením. h. zajištění veškerých souvisejících činností nezbytných pro řádné dokončení Stavby, její uvedení do provozu a předání Objednateli, včetně zajištění všech potřebných zkoušek, revizí, měření, dokladů, certifikátů a dalších podkladů vyžadovaných právními předpisy, příslušnými orgány veřejné správy nebo správci technické infrastruktury; i. zajištění součinnosti při předání a převzetí Stavby, odstranění vad a nedodělků zjištěných při přejímacím řízení a poskytnutí nezbytné součinnosti při uvedení Stavby do řádného užívání. Další činnosti definované ve Smlouvě a její přílohách, nebo v zadávací dokumentaci a jejích přílohách.
