Description

Předmětem zakázky jsou stavební úpravy a přístavba části areálu Dělnického domu Peklo, zahrnující budovu velkého sálu, navazující šatnové zázemí, schodišťovou a vstupní halu. Komplex objektů byl postupně vybudován v místě výrazného terénního zlomu. Obsahuje dvě podzemní, jedno nadzemní podlaží a půdu. Pozemek řešeného areálu je ohraničen ulicemi Jízdecká, Tyršova, Pobřežní a dosahuje prakticky až k mostu Generála PATTONA. Jedná se o pozemky parc. č. 10265, 10266, 10267, 10268, 9393/1, 10563/31, 10563/4, 10563/8 a 5265/28 v k.ú. Plzeň. Dopravně je objekt napojen na komunikaci v ul. Pobřežní a v ul. Jízdecká. Řešená část objektu je součástí komplexu „Dělnický dům Peklo“, který je zapsán jako kulturní památka, úřední evidenční číslo ÚSKP 47588/4-205. Součástí plnění veřejné zakázky je i provedení dodatkového stavebně historického průzkumu a plošného restaurátorského průzkumu. Prvky a konstrukce určené stavebně historickým průzkumem jako cenné budou demontovány odborným způsobem maximálně šetrně, následně repasovány a deponovány. Po postavení lešení budou postupně prováděny odborné restaurátorské průzkumy řešených omítek, řešených kamenných prvků atd. Po provedení průzkumů bude rozhodnuto o rozsahu demontáže stávajících vnitřních omítek (je počítáno se 100 % odstraněním omítek v plochách, které nebudou vyhodnoceny jako historicky cenné s nutností ponechání). V celém rozsahu fasády bude kladen důraz na zajištění případných stop původního členění, profilací či barevnosti, s ohledem na proporce prvků a výškové návaznosti. Snaha je o maximální zachování dochovaných prvků.
