Construction of a new pavilion for Kindergarten No. 81, Břeclavská 12, Plzeň

The works consist of building a new two-storey pavilion adjoining Kindergarten No. 81 at Břeclavská 12 in Plzeň. Both above-ground floors are typical storeys containing classrooms and staff facilities. The building is designed as a conventional masonry structure with solid brick walls and ceilings made of prefabricated panels. The new pavilion connects to the existing service building at the location of its stairwell. The project includes a roof garden accessible via an outdoor staircase. The outdoor garden will feature a polyurethane play surface and additional play elements. The scope also covers modifications to Břeclavská street, including parking spaces.
