Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je vypracování projektové dokumentace úprav veřejného prostranství náměstí Míru tak, jak bylo uvedeno v soutěžních podmínkách k Soutěži a v návaznosti na návrh prezentovaný dodavatelem v Soutěži. Projektová dokumentace zahrnuje tyto fáze: a) Dopracování soutěžního návrhu do podrobnosti návrhu stavby včetně managementu údržby b) Projektová dokumentace pro povolení záměru (DPZ) c) Projektová dokumentace pro provádění stavby (DPS) včetně části následné péče d) Soupis stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb včetně výkazu výměr e) Dozor projektanta při realizaci stavby a dále nadstandardní služby a speciální odborné činnosti spojené s plněním veřejné zakázky jako jsou obstaravatelská (inženýrská) činnost, součinnost se zadavatelem při odstraňování vad a nedodělků a uvedení stavby do užívání.
