Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky na uzavření Rámcové dohody bude poskytování služeb dle této zadávací dokumentace a jejích příloh. V případě naplnění podmínek dle § 133 odst. 2 ZZVZ je zadavatel oprávněn uzavřít Rámcovou dohodu i s menším počtem účastníků. Na základě Rámcové dohody bude zadavatel zadávat vybraným dodavatelům jednotlivé dílčí zakázky na poskytnutí služeb spočívajících v provádění dozoru stavebníka, včetně výkonu koordinátora BOZP a včetně související technické pomoci a dle aktuálních potřeb zadavatele na stavbách pozemních komunikací realizovaných na základě smluvních podmínek FIDIC červená nebo žlutá kniha s předpokládanou hodnotou stavebních nákladů zpravidla přesahující 1,5 mld. Kč bez DPH a na stavbách pozemních komunikací, jejich součástí je tunel. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění výkonu stavebního dozoru (TDS), výkonu Správce stavby pro dokončovací práce a administraci stavby D3 0310/I Úsilné - Hodějovice a výkonu Správce stavby pro dokončovací práce a administraci stavby D3 0310/II Hodějovice - Třebonín.
