Obecné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění správy, provozu a údržby budovy polikliniky na ulici Žižkova, č. p. 2379, v Karviné-Mizerově. Předmětem poskytovaných služeb je zejména zajištění provozu recepce, havarijní a poruchové služby, provádění údržby, včetně periodických revizí, oprav, servisních prací a prohlídek, dále zajištění administrativního managementu a technických činností, zejména instalatérských, zednických, elektrikářských a zámečnických prací. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění, rozsahu poskytovaných služeb a podmínek jejich poskytování je uvedena ve vzoru smlouvy a její příloze, které tvoří nedílnou součást této zadávací dokumentace.
