Předmětem každé části veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy s jedním dodavatelem (bez obnovení soutěže) na provádění správy, údržby a úklidu objektů „Na Bojišti“ (část 2 veřejné zakázky) a „Administrativní budova Sokolovská“ (část 1 veřejné zakázky) ve správě odboru 200400 Technická správa objektů. Blíže jsou činnosti požadované v rámci plnění specifikovány v přílohách zadávací dokumentace, zejména v závazných návrzích smluv na plnění veřejné zakázky, které tvoří Přílohy č. 2a a 2b zadávací dokumentace („Smlouvy“). Veřejná zakázka je v souladu s § 35 ZZVZ rozdělena na 2 části s ohledem na možný rozdílný okruh dodavatelů a v zájmu zvýšení hospodářské soutěže mezi dodavateli. Předmětem části 1 veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy s jedním dodavatelem (bez obnovení soutěže) na provádění správy, údržby a úklidu objektu Administrativní budova Sokolovská ve správě odboru 200400 Technická správa objektů.; Předmětem části 2 veřejné zakázky je uzavření smlouvy s jedním dodavatelem (bez obnovení soutěže) na provádění správy, údržby a úklidu objektu Na Bojišti ve správě odboru 200400 Technická správa objektů.
