Předmětem plnění nadlimitní veřejné zakázky na služby je realizace lokálního biocentra LBC1 na ploše cca 2,8 ha a lokálního biokoridoru LBK1 o délce 1450 m v k.ú. Budčeves a realizace navazujícího biokoridoru LBK1 o délce 750 m v k.ú. Nečas. Navrženo je zřízení trvalých travních porostů, vysazení solitérních stromů a vysazení stromů a keřů ve skupinách, celkem 782 stromů a 4274 keřů. Součástí plnění je následná 3letá údržba zeleně.
