Description

Předmětem zakázky jsou stavební práce, související dodávky a služby spočívající v rekonstrukci objektu č.p. 34 ve východním okraji osady Roudný. Na předmětném objektu budou provedeny demoliční práce vymezené projektovou dokumentací. Objekt bude po provedení navržených úprav sloužit k bydlení osob se zajištěním odborné ústavní sociální péče. Celkově bude objekt navržen pro dvě tzv. domácnosti (max. 12 klientů a max. 4 pečovatelé), z nichž každá bude obývat jedno ze dvou nadzemních podlažích. V budově bude celkem 10 místností s pobytovou funkcí, dvěma WC pro personál, třemi koupelnami s WC pro klienty a koupelnou a WC pro personál. Součástí budou i další přidružené prostory, jako technické místnosti, sklady, komunikační prostory apod. Provoz mezi 1. a 2. NP bude bezbariérový, pomocí navrženého výtahu. Bezbariérový přístup do 1. NP bude umožněn po terénu. Rozsah požadovaných stavebních prací, služeb a dodávek je dán projektovou dokumentací vč. souvisejících podkladů, která tvoří přílohu této zadávací dokumentace, a dále v souladu s Rozhodnutím Městského úřadu Votice, OVÚPŽP - Oddělení stavební úřad, ze dne 25. 6. 2024, č.j. 26927/2024/VÝST-Sk, spis.zn. 16081/2024/VÝST-Sk.
