The contracting authority, the town of Kostelec nad Černými lesy, is awarding a concession for services ensuring the safe and continuous operation of its water management assets from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2037. The operation covers water mains and sewerage systems for public need, in line with Czech national legislation, in particular Act No. 274/2001 Coll. on water supply and sewerage systems for public need. The operation of the water management assets will be provided in a separated operating model on the basis of a concession contract concluded with the selected supplier in this concession procedure.
