Předmětem veřejné zakázky v koncesním řízení jsou služby (koncese), zajišťující bezpečné a plynulé provozování vymezeného vodohospodářského majetku zadavatele, obce Studená, v období od 1.1.2026 do 31.12.2035, a to v souladu s národními právními předpisy, zejména zákonem č. 274/2001 Sb., o vodovodech a kanalizacích pro veřejnou potřebu a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Provozování vodohospodářského majetku, tj. vodovodů a kanalizací pro veřejnou potřebu, bude zajištěno v oddílném provozním modelu na základě koncesní smlouvy, uzavřené s vybraným dodavatelem v tomto koncesním řízení.
