Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření Rámcové dohody s jedním účastníkem o poskytování služeb - expertní technická pomoc pro projekty včetně strategických především v oblastech: 1. Poskytování služeb v oblasti procurement strategie, včetně návrhu procurement route, metod dodávky a způsobu hodnocení nabídek, analýzy a řízení rizik včetně implementace na konkrétních projektech. 2. Poskytování služeb v oblasti návrhů přístupu k vypracování technického zadání zakázek, včetně implementace na konkrétních projektech. 3. Poskytování služeb v oblasti vzdělávání, nastavení procesů, digitalizace a projektové řízení. 4. Poskytování služeb v oblasti administrace zadávacích řízení. 5. Poskytování služeb Projektového managementu (správa zakázky). 6. Poskytování služeb Technického dozoru stavebníka. 7. Poskytování služeb KOO BOZP. Předmět Veřejné zakázky je podrobně specifikován v Rámcové dohodě.
