ZADAVATEL je společnost TAMERO INVEST s.r.o. se sídlem v areálu Chemických výrob Kralupy, která provozuje tři vysokotlaké parní kotle (K1, K3 a K4), každý o výkonu 120MW a tři parní turbíny o výkonu 0,72MWe, 33MWe a 27MWe. Předmětem plnění této Veřejné zakázky je provedení generální opravy SOUSTROJÍ parní turbíny TG1 za účelem jejího dalšího provozování 30 000 provozních hodin. Vzhledem k předpokládanému poškození průtočné části turbíny, kdy Nálezová zpráva z roku 2019 zmiňuje erozi a následnou erozní korozi způsobenou dlouhodobým pronikáním vlhkosti do turbíny, předpokládáme, že níže popsaný stav velmi hrubě naznačuje stav stroje v roce 2026. Proto je nutné provést generální rekonstrukci, která je předmětem ZAKÁZKY „Generální rekonstrukce TG1“, a je detailně specifikovaná v zadávací dokumentaci a jejích přílohách.
