Description

Předmětem plnění veřejných zakázek zadávaných v tomto DNS je poskytnutí služeb spočívající v přípravě, propagaci, zajištění a vyhodnocení eventů/akcí za účelem propagace mj. Operačního programu Spravedlivá transformace především v Karlovarském, Ústeckém a Moravskoslezském kraji. V rámci těchto eventů/akcí vybraný dodavatel zajistí přípravu, propagaci a vykonání modelových akcí a jejich vyhodnocení v návaznosti na centrální aktivity kampaně. Přípravou se rozumí zajištění odpovídajících povolení, vyhledání a nájem vhodných prostor, technické zázemí (ozvučení, osvětlení, připojení na internet, vybavení pro live-streaming atd.), vnitřní nebo venkovní mobiliář (párty stany, stoly, židle a další dle akce), catering/občerstvení (jídlo, nápoje dle specifikace akce) a jiné související služby nutné pro vykonání akce (např. personální zajištění: hostesky, technik, personál cateringu, ostraha, administrativa spojená s registracemi). Požadavky na rozsah předmětu plnění a místo realizace veřejné zakázky budou vždy specifikovány v rámci konkrétní výzvy dle čtyř základních modelových akcí: 1.Velká krajská akce - významná akce outdoor/indoor pro více jak 150 účastníků s plným zajištěním celé akce v místě. 2.Akce spojená s existujícím návštěvnicky atraktivním eventem, formou prezentace stánkem a vlastní aktivitou v rámci jiného eventu. 3.Hybridní akce - zajištění konference online. Fyzická konference s plným zajištěním přenášená live na digitálních kanálech OPST, MŽP a SFŽP. 4.Online záznam videokonference. Organizace eventu pro online video konferenci s plným technickým zabezpečením.
