Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění průběžných dodávek léčivých přípravků pro potřeby zadavatele, jako poskytovatele zdravotních služeb (nikoliv pro potřeby dalšího prodeje/výdeje), včetně jejich přímého závozu do sídla zadavatele, na základě rámcové kupní smlouvy uzavřené vybraným dodavatelem na období 36 měsíců od uzavření rámcové smlouvy. Veřejná zakázka je rozdělena na části. Jeden účastník může podat nabídku do jedné části, více částí nebo do všech částí veřejné zakázky.
