Předmětem veřejné zakázky je výroba a dodání, doprava, potřebné zaměření na místě plnění před zahájením výroby, kompletace, montáž, instalace a rozmístění nábytku pro budovu A a budovu C Městského úřadu v Jičíně, na adrese 17. listopadu 16, Jičín, včetně všech prací, dodávek a souvisejících činností nezbytných k řádnému, úplnému a plně funkčnímu předání předmětu plnění. Převážná část předmětu plnění je určena pro budovu A Městského úřadu v Jičíně, ulice 17. listopadu 16, na pozemku parc. č. st. 2834 v k. ú. Jičín. Konkrétní provedení, rozměry, materiály, barevnost, konstrukční řešení a umístění jednotlivých prvků stanoví projektová dokumentace a soupis nábytku. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky je rovněž výroba a dodání nábytku pro odbor životního prostředí umístěný v budově C Městského úřadu v Jičíně na téže adrese. Jedná se zejména o stoly, přepážky, konferenční stoly, kontejnery, police a komody. Přesný rozsah, množství, rozměry, materiálové a barevné provedení a další technické požadavky jsou uvedeny v příslušné příloze zadávací dokumentace. Budova A je v době zadávacího řízení v rekonstrukci. Dodavatel je proto povinen před zahájením výroby provést potřebné zaměření na místě plnění a ověřit rozměry a podmínky pro osazení nábytku podle skutečně provedeného stavu. Pro bližší seznámení se stavebním řešením budovy zadavatel odkazuje rovněž na zadávací dokumentaci veřejné zakázky na její rekonstrukci, dostupnou zde: Realizace přístavby a stavebních úprav budovy "A" Městského úřadu v Jičíně Položkové množství a členění nábytku podle jednotlivých budov, podlaží a místností je závazně uvedeno v příslušných soupisech a specifikacích. Dodavatel je povinen při zpracování nabídky zohlednit vzájemné vazby projektové dokumentace, soupisů nábytku a dalších příloh zadávací dokumentace a zahrnout do nabídkové ceny veškeré náklady, včetně nákladů na potřebné zaměření, nezbytné k úplnému splnění předmětu veřejné zakázky
