Předmětem tohoto zadávacího řízení je sjednání Rámcové dohody, která stanoví smluvní podmínky pro poskytování implementačních a konzultačních služeb: • při implementaci, rozvoji a změnách informačních systémů na Platformě SAP • pro realizaci upgrade produktů na Platformě SAP na vyšší verze, • pro podporu a rozvoj stávajících a nových integrací informačních systémů na Platformě SAP, • pro podporu provozu informačních systémů na Platformě SAP. Pro účely Rámcové dohody se Platformou SAP rozumí OnPremise a PaaS (Platform as a Service) Produkty SAP. Platforma SAP pro účely Rámcové dohody nezahrnuje SaaS (Software as a Service) Produkty SAP. Rámcová dohoda bude uzavřena maximálně s šesti Účastníky. Podrobné informace jsou uvedeny v zadávací dokumentaci.
