Description

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka a implementace (jednoho) integrovaného informačního systému pro město Kopřivnice, který bude zahrnovat oblasti spisové služby (dále jen „ESSS“) a ekonomický informační sytém (dále jen „ERP“), blíže konkretizované v příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace. Zadavatel předpokládá, že dodavatelé mohou plnění (implementaci a spuštění) rozdělit do dvou či více etap při zachování jednotlivých fází (analytická, implementační a provozní) a nejzazšího termínu spuštění produkčního provozu dle návrhu obchodních podmínek, který tvoří přílohu č. 2 zadávací dokumentace. Součástí předmětu plnění je integrace informačního systému a migrace dat a dále poskytování služeb podpory a rozvoje po dobu neurčitou. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedeno v přílohách zadávací dokumentace.
