Description

Předmětem této Veřejné zakázky je dodávka bezpečnostního disipátoru pro výkonové měniče systému napájení tokamaku (dále také jen „zařízení“ nebo „disipátor“). Předmět plnění zahrnuje zejména následující: a) Návrh technického řešení disipátoru, dodání disipátoru, včetně zajištění vstupních materiálů, zpracování Dokumentace (tj. Projektové dokumentace, a ostatní dokumentace požadované Zadavatelem v Technické specifikaci), výroby komponent, jejich sestavení v místě výroby, otestování a odzkoušení, zabalení a přípravy k dopravě a případných dalších plnění jsoucích součástí dodávky disipátoru dle požadavků Technické specifikace; b) Dopravu disipátoru k Zadavateli zajišťovanou Dodavatelem; c) Instalaci a uvedení do provozu včetně testování disipátoru v prostorách Zadavatele. Výše uvedená plnění, tj. dodávka disipátoru, musí plně odpovídat požadavkům Zadavatele uvedeným v Příloze č. 1 (Technická specifikace) a v Příloze č. 2 (Závazný návrh Smlouvy) Zadávací dokumentace. Minimální technické parametry požadovaného zařízení jsou uvedeny ve Smlouvě, která je připojena jako Příloha č. 2 k Zadávací dokumentaci, a v Technické specifikaci, která je připojena jako Příloha č. 1 k Zadávací dokumentaci a zároveň také jako příloha ke Smlouvě.
