Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající v provedení stavby podle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Tokamak upgrade 2.etapa“, a to na adrese U Slovanky, Praha 8 - Libeň, parcelní č. 4054/3, 4054/4, 4054/9, 4054/12, 4054/15, 4054/17, 4054/18, 4054/19, 4054/21, 4054/22, 4054/23, 4061/1, 4061/2 a v případě realizace Rozšířeného plnění č. 4 na pozemcích 4054/1, 4054/12, 4054/23, 4064/1, 4064/13, 4064/21, 4064/26, 4065/1, 4065/5, vše katastrální území Libeň, Katastrální úřad pro hlavní město Prahu, Katastrální pracoviště Praha. Stavba bude sloužit k účelům vědeckým, studijním a pedagogickým. Předmět veřejné zakázky je rozdělen na následující ucelené dílčí stavební celky: A. Základní stavba; B. Rozšířené plnění č. 1: Jeřáb 5 t v hale D; C. Rozšířené plnění č. 2: Výtah 680 kg (výtah není evakuační); D. Rozšířené plnění č. 3: 1x kondenzační chladící jednotka; E. Rozšířené plnění č. 4: Pokládka kabelu VN 22kV dle samostatného projektu (projektant DES).
